What does it cost to live at Inverness Village?
At Inverness Village, each resident pays a one-time entrance fee that is up to 95% refundable and varies in amount depending upon the size and type of residence you choose. In addition, each resident pays a predictable monthly service fee that covers a host of services and amenities. For a complete list of services and amenities,

What does the entrance fee cover?
The Life Care entrance fee at Inverness Village covers the lifetime use of your residence and lifetime access to assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing services, if ever needed. Your entrance fee also ensures that you won’t be asked to leave in the event of financial hardship, if your financial resources are depleted for reasons outside of your control. The entrance fee is also up to 95% refundable to you or your estate, so your assets will not be depleted in order to pay for the costs of long-term care.
What does the monthly service fee cover?
The monthly fee covers full interior and exterior maintenance of your home and all the community amenities and recreational activities. If you should need long-term health care, your monthly fee will stay at a predictable rate.
Are there additional charges not covered by the entrance and monthly fees?
Your monthly bill will include any additional charges for meals or beverages in excess of your dining account, and may also include these optional services:
- Guest accommodations
- Catering for special events
- Beautician and barber services
- Convenience store purchases
- Personal laundry and dry cleaning
- Tours and group activities such as
concerts, theater productions, ballet, etc.
Some medical supplies, rehabilitation services and optional services will either be billed directly by the professional providing the service or covered by Medicare or supplemental insurance.
Will I own my residence?
As a Life Care community, Inverness Village owns all the Apartments, Cottages and Garden Homes on the campus. The benefit is you don’t have to worry about things such as the costs or headaches of home maintenance, property tax, or any of the other responsibilities typically associated with owning your home. Plus, you retain lifetime use of your residence and all commons areas.
Are there tax benefits associated with living at Inverness Village?
Several IRS rulings have established that a portion of a Life Care community entrance fee and monthly fees are deductible as a medical expense. There are several ways the Life Care entrance fee benefits you, including substantial tax benefits in the form of a lump sum or monthly deductions. These health care tax deductions are only available through Life Care communities. Inverness Village is the only qualified Life Care community in Tulsa at this time. We recommend discussing your situation with a tax advisor.
What happens to my entrance fee if I decide to leave Inverness Village?
Up to 95% of your entrance fee is refundable to you or your estate if you ever leave Inverness Village.
Are there any special requirements in order to reserve a home at Inverness Village?
Inverness Village is designed for people who are living independently at the time of reservation and who are at least 55 years of age at the time of move-in. Am I ready for Inverness Village?

How do I reserve my residence at Inverness Village?
