Senior Fit Challenge Benefits Greater Tulsa Community

How to"Get Fit At Any Age" was the topic on KTUL Channel 8 and "Good Day Green Country" earlier this month, as Wellness Director Jana Headrick discussed Inverness Village's collaboration with Tulsa's LIFE Senior Center. The 90-day program helps adults 60 and better kick off a new year of healthy-living resolutions.

The first 90-day Senior Fit Challenge ended in December with participants seeing great success in the areas of endurance, balance and strength.

The newest 90-day challenge began January 25.
